Client Overview
Our client is a boutique beauty clinic specialising in injectables, facials and skin treatments. As bookings grew, so did the volume of admin: appointment confirmations, reschedules, FAQs, post-care instructions and social media content.
The owner was spending 5–7 hours per week on manual, repetitive admin work. Evenings were consumed by DMs, follow-ups and updates to the booking system. Growth was capped by the owner’s time and energy.
The Challenge
1. Repetitive Client Messaging
80% of inbound messages were the same questions: pricing, downtime, treatment options, directions, cancellations. Every answer required manual typing by the owner.
2. Fragmented Appointment Management
Clients were messaging across Instagram, Facebook, SMS and email. Every change had to be manually reconciled with the booking system, creating risk of errors and no-shows.
3. Inconsistent Marketing Output
Social media posting was ad-hoc. Content creation took too long. The clinic knew that consistent visibility would drive growth, but admin always came first.
Our Approach
StreetAbove treated this as an operational design problem, not a “chatbot install”. We followed a three-stage consulting approach:
- Map the admin workload. We audited 4 weeks of messages, bookings and admin tasks to identify patterns, decision points and automation candidates.
- Design the AI operating model. We defined what the AI would own end-to-end, when to escalate to humans, and how it would integrate with the clinic’s existing tools.
- Deploy, test and refine. We rolled out in layers, starting with FAQs and reminders, then expanding to appointment changes and content support.

2. Automated Appointment Management
The AI system connects with the booking software to automate:

3. AI Content & Marketing Engine
We implemented a weekly content workflow powered by AI to:
